He has been doing Taekwondo for over 30 years.
He was ex national champion in 1997 and got many national titles.
He estabishied his Taekwondo Dojo in 2002 after his retirement of player.Now he has many branches around Tama Area,Tokyo.
He specialized in Sparring and Speed Training.

Mika Horie was ex Nationa Champion in 2010 and got meny titles,then
She started instructing after retirement her career.
She specilize in Sarring,Patterns and Fitness.
She likes all kinds of sport,nowadays,started Crossfit for herself.
